Insurance Claims
We are a direct repair facility for many insurance companies but not all. Our estimators will walk you through the steps of filing a claim with your insurance company or the other person’s insurance carrier. Rental Vehicles
Although we don’t rent cars we will make all arrangements for you with the rental companies in the area. We have a good relationship with the rental car companies and try to use our volume with them to negotiate the best rates possible. Once you bring your car to Union Collision, one of the agents will come here, pick you up, and bring you to their office to complete the paperwork. All your information will already be in their computer system and it should be a matter of minutes before you are able to be on your way.
Towing
We do not own a tow truck but we work closely with local independent tow truck operators. As a result, if your car is in need of a tow, we will call one of the local tow companies who will gladly come and pick up your vehicle for us.
Detailing
Every vehicle that enters our shop gets a thorough cleaning when we are complete. However, if you need your vehicle detailed, we will try to bring it back to showroom condition. By appointment only, we offer a complete detail of your car. Please email us for prices and appointments.
Paintless Dent Repair
Paintless dent repair (PDR) is exactly what the name implies. The small door dings or dents your car has are removed with special tools that do not require us to paint your vehicle. Every dent and ding is different and one of our estimators can better evaluate the damage once we look at in person. PDR is a great option to save money by avoiding the cost of paint and save time by eliminating the paint process altogether. We included some photos of the dent repair in process.
