Building One: "The Office"
Our newly renovated building is located at 640 Rahway Avenue and houses both our main work area and the shop's main office. You will find our office is up-to-date with the newest technology and is a clean, quiet place to conduct business. This shop is where most of our heavy framework and bodywork is done. It is 5,000 square feet of air-conditioned space that can comfortably fit 10 cars. This building is equipped with four frame machines, one lift, and three state-of-the-art welders, as well as our computerized measuring system.

Building Two: "Detail"
Building two is where we detail every vehicle that comes into the shop during the final steps of our repair process. This building also contains our alignment machine.  We have a two man team who spend a good amount of time cleaning the vehicles.  It is in this area that a final vehicle inspection is done and this is where we make the cars shine!

Building Three: "Evans"
”Evans” was the home of Evans Trucking for the past half century and only recently was acquired by Union Collision. As of now, we use this building as a mechanic shop and our storage facility. Here we store all of the parts for the cars that are currently at our shop or are scheduled to come in. This gives us more than enough room to ensure that these new parts don’t become lost or damaged. Cars that are dismantled or have broken windows are always put inside Evans away from the harsh weather.

Building Four: "Paint Shop"
Unlike many other collision shops, our paint department is housed in a building all on its own, known to us simply as “the paint shop”. This is a 2,000 square-foot facility that is committed to the refinishing of vehicles. The paint shop features two downdraft spray booths where all of our refinishing takes place. Having one building dedicated to painting vehicles is a huge advantage. Not performing any bodywork in this building reduces the possibilities of any imperfections one may see in the final refinished job. This stand-alone facility also allows us to minimize any chemical contaminates which might affect our final painted product.

Building Five: "Primer/Paint"
Within this six bay garage is another spray booth and a separate area that is used for us to perform additional repairs.
